Finding the hotel was a challenge as the taxi driver struggled with the location. The stairs leading to the hotel were not pleasant, a common issue in Valparaíso.

Spent 3 nights in a spacious Superior Double room, really comfy bed! The garden vibe is charming, and the breakfast view over the harbor is a nice touch. Just a tad chilly at night, but that didn't ruin the great experience.

Absolutely amazing hotel and unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. Location very close to a pretty garden and Valparaiso. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Brighton nearby.

everything was amazing, including very helpful staff. there were a safe box, an electronic key card and a private entrance in my queen room. the place had a quiet atmosphere. it was an unbeatable and particularly good location really close to many restaurants and a pretty garden. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The garden area is fine, with a vast array of trees and exotic plants that create a peaceful oasis. I loved my Queen Room that offered elegant decor and a cozy atmosphere to unwind in. The breakfast was good, with a variety of delicious items served with a lovely view overlooking the lush grounds.

Absolutely charming location, however, I wasn't prepared for the unkempt stairs leading to the hotel. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety, really underwhelming for someone who expected a five-star spread. And why was there no complimentary upgrade or welcome gift? I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't ignore the inconveniences!

The beautiful gardens were a peaceful escape, and the staff genuinely. The cozy and beautifully decorated queen room exceeded my expectations!

We stayed in a Beautiful Double Room with a Balcony and Sea View. The room had free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a safety deposit box. Beautiful gardens around the hotel were perfect. Delicious breakfast options with a lovely view. The super nice team.
